Mark G. Nemr

Mark G. Nemr represents major insurers and individuals in investigatory and litigation matters involving allegations of negligence, personal injury, property damage, breach of contract, violations of M.G.L. c. 93A, and insurance coverage disputes. Mr. Nemr provides legal recommendations and case assessments, drafts pleadings and motions, and conducts oral argument on dispositive motions, including motions to dismiss and for summary judgment.  Mr. Nemr is barred in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

 

Mr. Nemr attended Suffolk University Law School and during his time in law school he held a student attorney position for the Suffolk County District Attorney's Office.  Mr. Nemr also worked at as a law clerk at Sheff Law Office, where he worked on all types of personal injury claims and related litigation.
